 Click here to read Paula Span's post about proposed legislation requiring a registered nurse to be on duty at all times in nursing homes that receive Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement. A trademark is, quite simply, any distinct name or logo that a company uses to identify itself within the marketplace. A good, effective trademark is one that is instantly recognisable to the customer: the customer will associate specific types of goods and services to that trademark, as well as company attributes such as reliability and quality. Examples of effective trademarks includes the Apple logo, and the Holden lion: and the five Olympic circles are a universally recognised trademark symbol. 9/21/2020 12:57:48 am
